Medical Assistant

Seeking an experienced medical assistant for a holistic clinical ---------- order to apply, requirements must apply:
- 2+ years experience in a medical assistant, nursing, physical therapy environment
- Basic to advanced level or knowledge of general medical terminology
- Advanced speaking and writing in the English language - heavy writing and communication in this role
- Experience in a HIPPA environment, and advanced understanding of patient and provider discretion
- LBGTQ safe zone - will be working with staff and patients from all walks of life and provide support in very sensitive matters

Day to Day:
The ideal candidate will be able to support a busy holistic clinic that deals with very sensitive matters such as, but not limited to, sexual transitions, sexual assault support, etc. The company culture is to provide services to people who cannot find support in standard medical practices. Your role will be to deeply know each patient and provide insight to the provider to prep for services - this includes all the administrative tasks to enable productive work flow.
