Our company, Hyper Outsourcing is looking for highly motivated and experienced Web Designers & Developers who have a great passion for providing web based solutions. We work on all sorts of projects for organizations and businesses from the small, local, to some of the largest companies (and brands) in the world.

Qualifications:
1. Able to demonstrate strong working knowledge with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
2. Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
3. Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
4. With strong knowledge of Joomla, JQuery and Magento.
5. Experience in coding of website (Use HTML5, CSS3) development.
6. Experience integrating with CMS such as WordPress.
7. Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
8. Has advance knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign or equivalent.
9. Have the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail.
10. Experience designing and building responsive websites and applications using modern web-standards.
11. Strong understanding of UX principles.
12. Experience building prototypes for websites and applications to test new concepts and ideas.
13. Experience with MVC based software design.
