We are looking for a confident and self-motivated Cold Callers/Appointment Setters to join our sales team.

As a Cold Caller/Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales team. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of your calls and activities and meet or exceed your sales targets.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and qualify leads
* Set appointments for the sales team to meet with qualified leads
* Maintain accurate records of calls, activities, and outcomes in our CRM system
* Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and performance
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and appointments

Requirements:
* At least 1 year recent experience as a Cold Caller or similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
* Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
