Keap Implementor | Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant who has high attention to detail and experience providing digital marketing support.

(Please note: MUST HAVE Keap MAX CLASSIC (formerly Infusionsoft) experience.)

We are a Keap agency based in Australia working with serviced based businesses who use Keap Pro, Max and Max Classic (formerly Infusionsoft). Due to the growth in our business, we're looking for a tea ---------- mber to join our team. This role will be responsible for implementing Keap campaigns as per instructions and will assist with executing our digital marketing strategy for our business, as well as our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Client Implementation – you’ll be responsible for loading emails into campaign builder and setup, testing and launch of campaigns/automation, quality assurance and other apps/tools setups in a timely fashion
• Our Keap Account – you will be responsible for the building out of our Keap account, sending broadcasts and setting up and updating master campaign templates
• Other Duties – including research, setting up other tools, project management, documenting procedures/instructions, measuring marketing campaign performance, social media post loading, video editing, image optimisation, reporting and other duties as required

To be considered for this job, you must have:
• 1+ years’ experience working in a similar role/projects
• Intermediate - advanced Keap knowledge and experience
• Reliable and stable internet
• Available between the hours of 10am – 4pm Brisbane, Queensland time, Monday to Friday (specific times will be negotiated with the successful candidate)
