JOB OVERVIEW

Our team is looking for an outgoing and well-spoken Sales & Customer Service Representative The main responsibilities for this job would be answering calls from potential clients and taking them through the process of booking their appointments, managing artist calendars and general administrative tasks. 

Highly focused; able to consistently achieve sales objectives through effective account management and commitment to customer satisfaction. Build lasting business relationships through performance and credibility. Develop positive rapport with people at all levels of responsibility.

Requirements:
* 2yrs minimum sales/customer service experience
* Have a strong internet connection, high-quality headphones & backup computer
* Reliable, discreet, flexible, and dependable
* Proactive and independent thinking.
* Must be an Excellent Communicator who excels in customer service with strong computer skills
*  Have excellent writing skills and communicate with confidence
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Must be organized
* Must have problem-solving skills

Sales Support Specialist Skills and Qualifications
* Computer literacy: In addition to data entry and typing, Sales Support Specialists need to have knowledge of basic spreadsheet and word processing software.
* Time management and organization: These professionals use a variety of organization methods, including calendar management, to handle multiple projects at one time and complete tasks efficiently and quickly.
* Customer service: Sales Support Specialists should have strong professional conversation etiquette over the phone when interacting with clients and customers.
* Communication: Clear communication and the ability to explain concepts in simple terms are used to help the customer work through problems and accurately describe products.
* Problem-solving: These professionals should be able to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues with products and orders.


Customer Service Representative Daily Duties
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
* Communicating with customers through various social media platforms
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
* Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions and book an appointment.
* Processing service, forms, and appointment requests.
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Benefits will Be provided after the probational Period of 3 months.
Pay will be an hourly rate + commission
