Underwriter/ Real Estate VA - Experienced with US-based Companies

The successful candidate has in-depth experience in:

*Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience in REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT IS REQURED
Has to be familiar with Microsoft Office 365 - all the important/basic apps
Fast Learner
Must be able to work during EST daytime.


Skills and Abilities:

Ability to independently analyze detailed information and compile standard and non-standard reports
Understanding of strong internal control systems, ability to make recommendations for improvements, carry out changes and monitor the internal control systems
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, interdepartmentally and externally with vendors, customers, financial institutions, auditors, and others
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, and other Microsoft-based software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
