Email List Manager (Klaviyo Specialist)

We are currently seeking an experienced Email | List Manager to join our dynamic team. Your primary focus will be to manage and oversee all operations within our Klaviyo email marketing platform, including but not limited to setting up, maintaining and optimizing our lists, flows, segments, automations, and campaigns.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain our email lists in Klaviyo.
2. Set up and optimize email flows and automations.
3. Create and manage segmentation of our email lists.
4. Oversee and monitor campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
5. Track and analyze campaign results, and suggest improvements as necessary to grow revenue.
6. Work collaboratively with our team to ensure our email marketing efforts align with our overall marketing strategy and continue to be within target KPI.

Required Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an Email List Manager, ideally with Klaviyo.
2. Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics.
3. Proficiency in managing lists, flows, segments, and automations.
4. High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and initiative.
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
6. Experience growing revenue for E-commerce companies

Please note: This role does not require expert level copywriting skills but demands strong technical abilities and a solid understanding of email marketing best practices and a base understanding of copywriting is necessary.
