Qualifications:
????Possess customer support / product after-sales experience, interested in technology, and understand basic electronic principles.
????Have experience in serving one of the marketplaces: Shopify/Amazon/eBay, know the rules of the platform, and will not make red line operations and break the rules.
????Fluent English speaking with a light accent clear and organized speech, flexible and has experience in serving buyers from European and American countries.
????Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
