Outbound Telemarketer (Lead Generation Only)

Job Type: Part-time

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Telemarketer (Lead Generation Only) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to call homeowners in specific areas and present them with the opportunity to sell their property off-market, without the need for agents.


Responsibilities:
-Make outbound sales calls to homeowners
-Pitch the benefits of selling their property off-market
-Generate leads by capturing the interest of potential sellers
-Pass qualified leads to the client for closing


Requirements:
-Prior experience in a similar role of outbound telemarketing and lead generation
-Excellent verbal English communication skills
-Experience in the US market
-Proven sales skills and ability to persuade potential sellers
-This is a remote position, and the working hours are from 4am to 9am Manila Time.
