Exo Freight automates the process and adds logistics, banking, and management technology to help shippers like Walmart manage and source trucking capacity, and to help trucking companies manage their fleet and get paid quickly. Our starting point is open deck shipping - a $135 Billion dollar market - which is how you transport large and odd shaped loads.

About the Role:

Through verbal and electronic methods of communication, the employee will be responsible for the day-to-day collections and verification processes of open load factoring requests. The primary objective will be to limit our risk as much as possible, while ensuring payments are received promptly and within net terms.

Responsibilities:

Pre/Post Funding Verifications
Notice of Assignment Confirmation
Verify Invoice and NOA contacts in TMS
Invoice Re-Billing when necessary
Escalate Paperwork Issues and/or concerns to FSR
Document all Collections/Verification activity in TMS (pipeline)
Manage Hiver Inbox

Requirements:

2 + years of experience in Transportation preferred
1 + years of experience in accounts payable preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail and critical thinking
Enjoy working in a team environment
