About the Role:

Will be responsible for managing the day-to-day processing of load factoring requests and funding to carriers, ensuring timely processing of said requests and supporting documentation, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Audit Load Factoring Request Paperwork
Load Building in TMS
Pre-Funding Verifications
Escalate Paperwork Issues and/or concerns to FSR
Approve and fund load factoring request after audit is completed
Manage and Upload invoice package in Customer portals
Manage Hiver Inbox

Requirements:

2 + years of experience in Transportation preferred
1 + years of experience in accounts payable preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail and critical thinking
Enjoy working in a team environment
