Operations and Client Success Manager

We are seeking an Operations and Client Success Manager to help with our increased workload at our growing SEO agency.

We are in need of someone with extreme attention to detail to help manage all client work.

You will be in charge of managing all client work once a new client is signed on.

If you love making SOPs and systemizing everything this role is for YOU!

Your duties will include:
- Assigning content to writers
- Managing content
- Editing content
- Posting Content on Wordpress & Shopify
- Assigning work to our Senior & Junior SEOs
- Working closely with each member of our team to ensure client success

Your English both written and verbal need to be near perfect as you will work on client facing ---------- will also benefit you a lot if you are knowledgeable about American culture to better understand each clients products / services.

Qualifications:
- SEO Knowledge is not mandatory but highly preferred.
- English skills must be top notch
- Ability to work US work hours
- Experience with Wordpress & Shopify
- Experience working with client facing work
