As a service/Sales coordinator, you will play a vital role in our operations, dispatching and scheduling crews to various locations across four states. You will excel at team coordination, processing paperwork, and leveraging your excellent organizational skills to ensure seamless operations. Your days will be filled with proactive and incoming calls, creating work directives using CRM's, maps and optimization tools for our crews and clients

Requirements:

Availability to work Monday to Saturday
Willingness to work 50+ hours per week
Problem-solving skills to tackle any challenges that arise
Proficiency in using CRM programs
Sales and customer service experience
Comfortable handling phone calls
Ability to develop business by reaching out to old, new, and current customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding multitasking skills

We welcome candidates who are at least 25 years old and have a minimum of 3 years of field service dispatching and phone sales experience (preferred). However, we value attitude and work ethic above all else, and we provide comprehensive training to all qualified applicants who are eager to learn.
