Marketing Assistant with Wordpress Experience

Responsibilities:

- Utilize your WordPress design experience to create visually stunning and user-friendly website designs
- Generate website mockups and prototypes to present to clients for approval.
- Implement website changes and updates based on client and internal requirements.
- Perform routine website maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Design eye-catching graphics, social media visuals, and marketing materials that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Help design email templates on platforms like Mailchimp, convertkit, constant contact, active campaign, etc.
- Add email marketing copy into the templates and schedule sending out newsletters
- Assist in the posting of blogs and articles on our website and social media platforms.
- Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content publication.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and assisting them with website-related concerns.
- Collaborate with the team to meet client project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
- Monitor website and social media analytics to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in WordPress design and website development.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) or similar software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen eye for design and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
