Amazon Seller Support Specialist

Our agency is looking to hire 1 to 2 people for the role of Amazon Seller Central Account Specialist in a full time position. We manage a wide range of Amazon accounts and we are looking to add to the team.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• EXPERIENCE - You must have a minimum of 2-3+ years experience working with actual Amazon accounts in the past, ideally with experience managing all aspects of an amazon account. We are not hiring those with only training at this time.

• HIGHLY ANALYTICAL THINKER - Training will be provided on our specific way to analyse accounts but the person we hire should love looking at numbers, charts, and data. If Microsoft Excel excites you, then this role may be for you.

• TEAM PLAYER - Our agency works as a team to get the best possible results for our clients. You must be comfortable working in a team environment with others and know you will have the support you need to get the job done.

• TIME MANAGEMENT - You must have good time management skills. working in an agency environment means you will need to be able to get a lot done quickly.

YOUR JOB WILL INCLUDE:

- Set timelines and allocate projects/tasks
- Gather research from key stakeholders on products, customers, and sellers to inform the team and streamline assets & resources
- Communicate with the clients via slack
- Cross-functional communication with other departments according to shared set goals
- Product Launching,
- Product Promoting,
- FBA inventory management,
- Keyword Optimization and Ranking,
- Listing Optimisation
- Fixing problems in Seller central
- Working with Flat files
- Working with seller support

This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skill, perseverance and results-oriented problem-solving.
