Design(Project) Coordinator

We are a fast-growing company structural engineering firm based in Australia and looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Philippines remote team( position is full time from 7:30 Am to 4 pm Philippines time)

The Role:

coordinate the delivery of design projects ensuring timelines and appropriate quality processes are met schedule
Work with our customers (Email and Call) to understand the scope of the project and deliver accordingly
Distributing incoming design request to design team and doing follow ups
Coordinate with Managements, Design team for status of the incoming design

Requirements:

1) University Degree in engineering or related fields
2) high communication skills
3) High knowledge of English both written and verbal
4) Proven Experience as design coordinator in a office based environment( Not Construction Site based)
5) candidate Must have a computer and high-speed internet, and uninterrupted internet
6) High proficiency in using Microsoft office 365 softwares
7) being able to work full time from 9:30 to 6 pm Sydney time
8) Having Headphones and quiet room for taking calls
