Simple Bigcommerce/Shopify web design & PPC campaign

I will set up a free bigcommerce/shopify site and I'll need someone to populate it for me. I'm selling 2 houses so need these adding to the site. Then I want a FB PPC campaign to target potential buyers within a specific area of the UK who have liked certain pages.
The campaign will run for 2 weeks.
