YouTube Professional Thumbnail Designer

I am looking for a professional thumbnail designer for a few YouTube channels that I have. I am looking for someone who has a strong understanding of YouTube analytics and how important CTR is. If you do not have experience in optimizing designs to generate high CTR, please do not apply.

Please provide samples of your thumbnails that you have created in the past and any analytics data you have to show the results of your designs. This is critical to the position.

I pay $1 (55PHP) per thousand views that the thumbnail generates up to $100 (5,500PHP) per thumbnail.

This position would require you to not only be able to use software to develop thumbnails, but also be able to study competing channels and trending styles to be able to generate highly optimized thumbnails.
