Pinterest Manager (Social Media Content Curation)

We are a digital publishing company with 20+ blogs that we manage. We are starting to make a push into Pinterest & Facebook to start getting organic traffic from sources other than Google.

We have a specific process that we would like to be followed in order to grow these channels for each blog, however, we'd also love to hear about and potentially implement any tactics you've had success with in the past.

The general process is curating relevant images from Instagram to be shared on Pinterest.

You must be:
- great at following directions from video trainings
- a go getter (someone who can think for themselves and think logically)
- analytical (be able to analyze how specific actions affect performance of our social media traffic, to make decisions)

You must:
- have instagram access and comfortable spending the majority of your time browsing instagram
- have an eye for finding eye catching images that are relevant to a specific topic
- have fast & reliable internet
- work a daily 8 hour shift monday - friday during normal work hours on the CST timezone

You must have experience with:
- managing pinterest accounts
- growing organic traffic (clicks) from pinterest, not just impressions
- curating and designing visual content

Bonus points if you have experience with:
- pinterest paid ads
- facebook pages
- facebook paid ads
- management of other social media platforms
