Amazon Reimbursement VA

***This role is NOT an entry-level role, experience is required. Training will be provided in terms of our specific process and workflow but you need to know Amazon ---------- eking someone that is research-focused with experience in Amazon reimbursements to be a part of our current team.

Requirements:
Knowledge in filing reimbursement cases to Amazon
Ability to capture discrepancies for lost, damaged, disposed, and missing units from inbound shipment.
Know basic Amazon reimbursement policies.
Ability to understand what documentation is needed to support any claims.
Amazon Reimbursement VA
High-level written English.
High-level English comprehension.
Nice to have but not required:
High-level spoken English.

Additional things to note:
All client communication is done via email. Phone is not required.
Hubstaff time tracking is required
Disclosure of other contracts is required
The role is during daytime US business hours (earlier or later shift will be negotiable after the trial period)
This is a full-time position that requires exclusive work during your shift with a total of 40hrs/week
Salary is paid on a biweekly basis from a PH bank
15 days PTO/year
