Hi there! We’re a small Philippine-based Executive Assistant team that supports Nick Gray, an American author, entrepreneur, influencer, and lover of pork sisig. He also loves to drink Coke Zero and we make ---------- s of him for that (LOL).

Nick has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and recently released his book called The 2-Hour Cocktail Party. You can learn more about Nick or check out his Instagram and Twitter, his handle ---------- looking for an exceptionally talented virtual assistant to join our team. You’ll help us with graphic design, social media images, YouTube thumbnails, WordPress images, Instagram Reels, and more. You might also be asked to help with Google Sheets, an Airtable database, and more.

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENT**
Computer-savvy and internet skills are required.

**SALARY AND BONUSES**
- Pay rate: $5 to 7 per hour, depending on experience.
- Holiday & vacation pay, plus 13th month, available for full-time employees after 6 months service
- 30K PHP WFH stipend awarded after 1 year employment for purchase of computer hardware.
- NOTE: Government dues are the responsibility of the applicant.

**HOURS AND AVAILABILITY**
Approx 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila ---------- cluding extended breaks for food and rest. Flexible based on CEO needs, but we mostly work these hours.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Fast Internet connection
- Desktop or laptop required, plus headset and camera for audio & video
- Extreme attention to detail
- Quiet working area for attending meetings & video calls

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Help with social media posting
- Graphic design for Instagram Reels
- Research and phone calls to American vendors
- Daily triage of messages, including compiling summary digests
- Message transcription
- Spreadsheet management
- Updating records in Airtable and Google Sheets
- Calendar and meeting management
- Administrative duties, including Purchasing airline tickets, hotel rooms

**SOFTWARE TOOLS USED**
- Trello
- Canva for graphic design
- Google Suite: Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Maps
- Airtable
- WhatsApp
- WordPress
- CapCut (not required, but good to have)
