A growing business with long-term opportunity is looking for an Admin & Digital Marketing Assistant to join their exceptional team in Canada.
You will be responsible for aiding in various digital marketing campaigns, including creating, website management, day-to-day management of the company’s social media properties, generating leads, administrative duties and actively engaging with the business to optimize performance of our digital and social media strategies.

Conduct web research and market analysis and insight building to help build new strategies; and help maintain social media presence and branding.
Conducts lead generation from different platforms and set-up appointments with potential customers and suppliers.
Managing and synchronizing of CRM.
E-mail Marketing
Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
Website Management and updating of content. (Including Content Blogs)
Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory
Writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases. (Including Client Handbook)
Performing other ad hoc and administrative tasks as required by the
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Admin / Digital Marketing role.
Excellent English communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
Excellent in Excel Spreadsheets
Knowledge of CRM tools,
