Real Estate Appointment Setter

This is an ongoing part time position with an option for full time employment after 3 months. You will be working during the Philippines day time, 3 hours per day, Monday - Saturday / 15 hours per week / may start Monday to Friday during the first month.

Base pay is: Php 400 (approximately USD 7 per hour), with bonus applied for every set qualified appointment.

We are looking for an experienced appointment setter to call our advertising opt-in leads to set up a sales call if the prospect is qualified (qualification criteria will be provided to you, as well as training).

Responsibilities:

1. Call paid opt-ins to do a quick triage and set them up with an online zoom or phone appointment for a member of our
sales team if they are qualified
2. Lead generation
3. Update CRM to keep records with caller outcomes and qualification information from each phone call
4. Communicate with the sales team through email and keep them updated
