Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and executing marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, events management, and brand activation. The ideal candidate is a highly creative, strategic thinker with a strong understanding of current marketing trends.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns for our brand.
2. Managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and monitoring online engagement.
3. Coordinating and executing promotional events to enhance brand visibility and increase customer engagement.
4. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and understand consumer trends.
5. Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to management.
6. Collaborating with other departments, like sales and customer service, to develop and enhance strategies.
7. Ensuring our brand message is consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
2. Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools and techniques.
3. Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns, social media, and Google Adwords.
4. Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
5. Familiarity with web design, content management systems, and creative software.
