Accounting Staff (L1)

General Qualifications
Experience in working in an Australian Company for 1 to 2 years
Experience in BAS Reporting/ GST Tax on import and Export
Experience in creating and analyzing Financial Reports
Experience with utilising tools such as Nifty, Slack, Notion, etc.
Experience in using the Xero Accounting Platform is required
High proficiency in using Google Sheets (Intermediate)
Experience in Accounting integration apps (Shopify with Xero or other related apps) is an advantage but not required

General Responsibilities
Ensure up-to-date entry on invoices related to Sales Transactions, Supplier, Receivables, etc.
Bill all vendors according to the payment schedule and arrangement.
Communicate with internal and external customers regarding transactions or payments.
Perform end-period reconciliation sales, invoice, and billing transactions.
Perform other tasks as delegated and/or required by the Accounting team.

Technical Requirements
High-speed Broadband Internet Connection (Min Upload: 50 Mbps, Min Download: 50 Mbps)
Working Computer with a Clock speed of 1.5 - 2.5 GHz
Windows/Mac Operating System - any version (i5 or higher)
Minimum of 8GB of RAM
Working backup for both internet and power is an advantage
Noise-free work environment or enclosure
Working headset with noise cancellation
