Job Description:
The Part-time/Full-time Social Media Manager is responsible for managing our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. This includes creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics. The Social Media Specialist will also be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and how to use them to reach and engage with target audiences. The candidate should also be able to create engaging and informative content that will resonate with Upgrade to see actual info addition, the candidate should be able to measure the success of social media campaigns and make adjustments as needed.

Responsibilities:
Create and schedule social media posts
Engage with followers on social media
Monitor social media analytics
Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in social media marketing (portfolio and reference check is required)
Excellent writing and editing skills
Strong social media skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work flexible hours (EST time zone)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to research and utilize AI and ChatGPT
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Ecommerce industry background is a plus (knowledge of Shopify, Dropshipping, Wordpress, Woocommerce etc)
Travel industry background is a plus
