Facebook Ads Specialist

Looking for an experienced Facebook Paid Ad Specialist.

MUST HAVE:
Knowledge and experience setting up paid add campaigns and then managing them with:
- Facebook and Instagram Ads.

I run an agency that places outsourced talent in incredible Australian businesses. We specialise in finding thriving businesses that want to grow by way of employing remotely and outsourced talent.


WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
We're looking to find someone to work for one of our Australian clients full time. We currently have various clients looking for highly skilled and motivated facebook ads specialists however so you will be considered across all of our clients if selected. This is your opportunity to find stable full time work, stop working the night shift and get paid in $AUD.

EXPECTATIONS:
Our outsourcing agency only delivers excellence and we expect you to be a high achiever who is motivated to succeed at all costs. We don’t have time for excuses, only excellence. We operate with a strict probation period where you will need to prove your working abilities and skills quickly if you want to stay with us long term.

However once you do, you'll become part of our family and we'll do everything in our power to ensure that you are well looked after and continue to grow the longer you work with us. Think free annual training to upskill, yearly bonuses, etc.

SKILLS:
- You should be well versed in Facebooks ad library.
- Capable of setting up and managing both Instagram and Facebook campaigns.
- Have a proven track record where you can show how you scaled a company's ad spend and delivered meaningful ROAs

- Experience developing creatives will also be highly regarded but not crucial.

$$:
We are open to all rates at this stage depending on your skill level. We'll ask you to submit your hourly rate in $AUD/hr.
