Ad Optimization Specialist ( Propeller ADS, POP ADS..)

We are seeking an expert in online advertising to assist us with the selection and integration of advertisements on our website. Our platform is a video converter/music downloader site, and we are interested in integrating various types of ads, including native ads, display ads, and mobile ads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing existing website traffic data and target audience
- Identifying the best advertising platforms (e.g., Propeller Ads, Pop Ads, etc.) and ad formats for our website
- Optimizing ad settings on our website for maximum revenue
- Monitoring and optimizing ad performance over a defined period

**Requirements**:

- Deep knowledge and experience with online advertisements, including native ads, display ads, and mobile ads
- Experience with various advertising platforms, like Propeller Ads, Pop Ads, etc.
- Ability to provide data-driven recommendations for ad placement and optimization
- Detail-oriented work approach and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
