Virtual Distressed Properties Identification Specialist

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Distressed Properties Identification Specialist to support our real estate investment business in southeast United States territories. As a specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify distressed properties virtually using the Deal Machine platform. You will receive training on how to use Deal Machine effectively to identify potential investment opportunities that meet our specific criteria. This is a remote position, and you will be responsible for virtually "driving" through southeast United States territories using the Deal Machine app and adding qualified leads to our database with a simple click of the "Add Lead" button.

Responsibilities:
- Attend one-on-one training sessions to learn how to use the Deal Machine app proficiently.
- Virtually "drive" through select southeast United States territories using Deal Machine to identify distressed properties that meet our investment criteria.
- Verify property information and ensure that it aligns with the specified criteria.
- Click the "Add Lead" button within the Deal Machine app to document the qualified leads accurately.
- Produce list of distressed property leads to head of acquisitions
- Delivery of 1,000 properties are expected by the end of each reporting period
