About The Role:
Join our team on the front-lines of customer service support, solving problems through email and live chat. But that's not all! We need a creative mind to edit video recordings to make our training sessions more engaging. And graphic design skills to create attention-grabbing course thumbnails for increased attention & conversions.

Responsibilities:
- Solving problems as a customer service representative via Live Chat & Email Support
- Editing the video recordings from our live webinar training sessions to create a more engaging learning experience
- Designing stand-out image thumbnails for our courses to get more attention & conversions

Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a remote virtual assistant
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service
- Graphic Design Skills
- Basic Video Editing Skills

Tech Experience:
- Wordpress
- Tawk.to

Requirements:
- MUST HAVE AN UPDATED COMPUTER WITH ACCESS TO HIGH-SPEED INTERNET
- Must have a typing speed of 55+ Words Per Minute
- Great English in speaking & writing (American-sounding accent preferred)
