Seeking a Dynamic Personal Assistant for TapSVN (Marketing platform for creatives in the music industry)

I'm Raza, the founder of TapSVN (TAP-SEVEN), a platform dedicated to helping independent music artists and creatives build a cohesive system for promoting their work and growing their fanbase. I'm seeking a Part-Time Personal Assistant (20-30 hours with the potential to move to full-time later) to help manage my schedule and engage with our leads. The working hours will be flexible between 12 pm-7 ---------- ndidates must be organized and have prior experience with scheduling, email management, and customer service. If you have worked with GoHighLevel, that's a huge plus. You will be doing various tasks, for which I will provide training.

Your Top Tasks:
• Booking appointments in GoHighLevel based on my availability and appointment type.
• Reaching out to leads to schedule free consultations with me.
• Managing lead statuses after calls.
• Cold calling prospects and sending cold emails/messages on LinkedIn using our lead generator.
• Managing my calendar to ensure my free time is utilized effectively.
• Coordinating free consultations, demo calls, and follow-ups.

Job Requirements:
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, documents, and emails.
• Willingness to work during the hours listed above.
• Access to a smartphone and laptop with a reliable internet connection.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, especially if you have experience with GoHighLevel.
