Project Manager

**Job Title: Project Manager**

**Reports to: Operations Manager / COO**

**Location: Remote**

**Salary: PHP 25,000 per month plus bonus** $0 - $300,000 per quarter based on performance and goals.

**Summary:**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology or systems integration, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Manage projects from initiation to closure, including project planning, execution, and control.
2. Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timeline, budget, and resources needed.
3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and executed properly.
4. Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and adjust plans as needed.
5. Ensure projects are completed within time and budget constraints.
6. Collaborate with the teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and other departments involved in the projects.
7. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
8. Manage risks and troubleshoot project issues to maintain Upgrade to see actual infontum and achieve objectives.
9. Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
10. Continually enhance knowledge and stay updated with latest project management best practices.

**Qualifications:**

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
2. Proficiency in project management software tools.
3. Exceptional leadership, organization, and time-management skills.
4. Strong problem-solving ability.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
6. Understanding of systems integration and technology is a plus.
7. Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, IT, or related field preferred.
8. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
