We're looking for a part-time IT Professional with deep expertise in Zapier, Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, Web Hooks, API’s, and CRM management. Your role will be to streamline our operations and enhance our data management practices through the development, maintenance, and optimization of automated systems. This position requires flexibility and consistent access to a computer for emergencies and quick fixes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee large-scale workflows in Zapier.
• Master Google Sheets and Excel for advanced data management.
• Generate comprehensive reports using Looker Studio.
• Automate data transfer using web hooks and API’s.
• Integrate and manage scheduling software like Calendly.
• Handle CRM data, from entry and migration to maintenance.
• Collaborate to translate business needs into tech solutions.
• Identify and resolve system and data issues.
• Stay updated with latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:
• Expert in managing workflows in Zapier.
• Expert in Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, API’s, and web hooks.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and data management.
• Familiarity with Calendly or similar scheduling software.
• Ability to solve problems independently and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organizational and project management skills.
