Real Estate Team Leader

We are looking for long term, full time personnel to join our remote staff at our online real estate listing ---------- addition to great customer service skills, successful candidates need to have a proven track record in entering properties in the MLS with experience across several different listing platforms (Matrix, Paragon, Flex, etc).

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with great phone and customer service skills
-Real estate experience including extensive background in entering properties in various MLS systems
- Managerial / supervisory experience a plus
- Willing to work a full-time position (40 hours) in Eastern Time
- Flexibility with schedule including nights and weekends (in Eastern Time)
- Fast learner very important
- Have great work ethic
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Minimum 2 computer screens in home office

You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:
What experience do you have in the real estate business?
Which MLS systems are you experienced with?
What positions of management or leadership do you have?
What days/hours (Eastern Time) are you unable or unwilling to work?
