VA (Data Entry Clerk)

We are a gifting company based in Canada. We are seeking a VA (Data Entry Clerk) to join our team. You will be assisting the web development team in Canada to help build pages and import images from one website to the other. This role will be fully trained.

Responsibilities:
•You will be in charge of updating website menu pages (shifting seasonal menus).
•You will be collaborating with the photography/graphic design team on updating website banners, collection pages, and side images for the website.
•Optimize the current images on our website for a smoother customer shopping experience.
• Building page products and importing images and information from one website to the other.
• Assist the graphic design team with email campaigns (linking pages to emails).

Basic Requirements:
•You will provide your own laptop/PC
•Stable internet connection

Requirements:
•University / College Graduate
•Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English
•Fast learner
•Great attention to detail
•Must possess excellent critical thinking skills
•Team player, able to work collaboratively with designers and other creative professionals
•Knowledge of e-commerce websites like Shopify/Magento is a plus
•Knowledge of basic coding is a plus
•Able to handle very repetitive tasks

Job Type: Full-time
•8-hour shift 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST (Night Shift)
•Monday to Friday
