Part-Time Etsy Virtual Assistant

This position is for a part-time virtual assistant to work on an Etsy Print-On-Demand clothing store, as well as a secondary digital download Etsy store.

Primary responsibilities include listing products, writing descriptions (you will be provided the format), inputting photos, duplicating listings, and updating old listings. For now, all graphics and mockup photos will be provided. There is potential to expand this job to include creating mockups after a few months for more hours weekly.

Applicants should be timely and diligent as well as meticulous to catch small errors on listings. This position is for 15 hours weekly which will be tracked through TimeProof. Applicant will be required to use a VPN (which will be provided) to log into Etsy due to Etsy’s security protocols. Basic knowledge of Etsy listings is helpful, but all training will be provided.

This posting is for 10 hours a week at $35 per week paid via Paypal, with the opportunity to increase hours after one month.

Graphic design experience a plus but not required.
