I would like an online platform designed to help Internet Marketers make Promotional Pages

Looking for a developer to design an online platform that helps Internet Marketers with Promotional Pages for their projects. Here is a link

I would like to add a couple more features like a built in url redirect, email integration with the big email autoresponders, and also maybe affiliate payment processing integration.
