Job Title: Social Media Manager (Engagement Specialist)


Job Overview:

As the Social Media Manager at On a Dime Transformations (OAD), you will play a crucial role in actively engaging with our audience across various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads. Your main objective will be to foster meaningful relationships within our niche, generate growth, and nurture potential leads for future direct sales messages (DMs).

Knowledge of the addictions and recovery sector is an asset, as you will be representing OAD's commitment to empowering individuals on their recovery journey and career discovery. If needed are willing to train the right candidate on our industry.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement a robust engagement strategy across all social media channels to build strong relationships with our audience.
Monitor social media platforms daily to respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions in a positive and professional manner.
Proactively engage with our target audience by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content within our niche.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement and boost brand awareness.
Monitor social media trends, best practices, and industry-related news to stay current.
Coordinate with the content team to ensure timely scheduling and posting of engaging content across all platforms.
Continuously seek opportunities to grow OAD's social media presence and develop innovative approaches to increase engagement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful engagement strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling and branding.
Familiarity with current social media trends and best practices.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships online.
