Responsibilities:

Maintain client Google Business Listings, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
Optimize client Google Business Listings to rank higher in the search results
Perform data entry tasks to update client information and support our efforts
Communicate effectively with clients via email, providing updates and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct web searches to gather relevant information for client information
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Must be working with Google Business Listings inside of the cannabis industry in the United States.
Strong knowledge of Google Business Listings
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time ---------- fortable with email communication and handling customer inquiries.
