Who we are:

We are Mailvio, an email marketing platform that helps influencers sell their products and affiliated products to their followers using the #1 marketing channel with the highest ROI in terms of monetization. Mailvio is a small startup on the hunt for PMF with a few hundred customers and we're looking for a Product Operations Officer to help us drive customer success to new heights. Mailvio runs under the umbrella of KV Technology which is a SaaS holding company with a few more similar-sized SaaS startups as Mailvio all working together and making each other stronger.

Job Summary:

We are seeking someone who can assist in maintaining rigorous standards and ensuring that every interaction with our clients exhibits professionalism, attentiveness, and a commitment to addressing their needs effectively both in the software, in our training, and of course in support.

You will be improving & creating processes, systems, SOPs and be on the frontline talking and supporting our customers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Be a Mailvio product expert
*Oversee IP reputation by closely monitoring and promptly addressing any necessary actions
*Establish & maintain clear lines of communication with external software partners
*Enhance and develop product training materials to augment proficiency for both internal staff and external customers
*Conduct (VIP customer) onboarding calls
*Assist in providing exemplary frontline support for Mailvio
*Provide exclusive VIP support
*Assist with diverse marketing initiatives
