The Position
We are looking for a Full-time SEO Specialist!

You will be the next addition to our dynamic team. This role is responsible for implementing digital campaigns through online visibility and assisting in the development of ---------- sential to this role is ensuring that client websites are optimized to rank highly in local search results, manage client expectations, and track and report on the success of their campaigns. This person must ensure that all deliverables are done with superior quality at the expected time frame and at the full satisfaction of our clients.

Duties:
1. Create heatmaps for local reports
2. Upload content ordered from Textbroker to client's sites
3. Fix technical SEO issues
4. Improve site speed
5. Create templated pages
6. Create Schema markup
7. Help in SEO quality control
8. Internal linking
9. Provide insight on improvement opportunities
10. Give feedback on processes/documentation
11. Other supporting tasks to assist the SEO Lead and Account Manager
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Content Creators, Web Developers, and Social Media Managers, SEO Account Managers & SEO Lead
13. Must communicate effectively with the team
14, Attend meetings
15. End of day progress reporting

What We Are Looking For
1. 2+ years of PROVEN experience in local SEO and digital marketing (Required)
2. Strong understanding of search engine optimization best practices and local search algorithms (Required)
3. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, & More or the ability to quickly learn how to use them
4. Excellent communication and project management skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously (Required)
6. Familiarity with the website development and design principles
7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (Required)
8. Experience working with clients and providing excellent customer service
9. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in local SEO and digital marketing
10. Ability to learn new systems/ processes quickly
11. Be committed to learn and continue to grow with the business over time

What We Require
1. Full-time hours (40 hours a week)
2. Ability to work in the Atlantic time zone with zero issues.
3. Great internet connection
4. Native English speaker or Excellent proficiency
5. Strategic Thought - Process & A strong ability to prioritize tasks/initiatives
