TALENT ACQUISITION / RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Supervisor
to join our team! you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented
candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and
productive Talent Acquisition/Recruitment strategy for our company. 

Requirements:

?- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
?- 3+ years of proven work experience as a TA / Recruitment Officer/Supervisor
?- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
?- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
?- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
?- Experience with Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools and metrics
?- Ability to motivate employees
?- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
?- Team player
?- Excellent time-management skills
?- Great interpersonal and communication skills
?- Proficient in Microsoft office
?- Willing to Work at BGC and can start anytime is an advantage
