Job Description
Desirable Skills (No Juniors please)
- A minimum of 5+ years of technical working experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Expert Level with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud. Certifications will be preferred.
- Expert level with Reports, Dashboards, Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and using data loader.
- Prefer solid experience in deploying packaged applications such as Payments2us, Formstack, Form Assembly, Conga, CongaSign, DocuSign, or similar.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills as you will be required to get on the phone/zoom with clients often.
- Translate client business requirements to Salesforce solutions. Be able to write user stories and do diagramming.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, a methodical approach, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Prefer someone who has worked in a billable consultant position, familiar with accurately tracking and documenting client work through timesheets, and is capable of meeting monthly billable targets.
- Ability to acquire a National Police Check Certificate (we will pay for this).
- Self-motivated and passionate about Salesforce in general and ready to take your career to a leadership position.
- NonProfit Cloud and Payments2us experience and is preferred but if you do not have it, we will require you to do these certifications and learnings in your own time, and upon successful completion, a one-off bonus of 40,000PHP will be provided.
The Role
- As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a vital role in configuring and managing Salesforce implementations for our many clients. You will be working in the Australian time zone of 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
- Collaborate with clients/prospects to understand and gather requirements for Salesforce implementation projects and translate client requirements into Salesforce solutions, leveraging the capabilities of the Salesforce platform and afterward, producing and delivering high-quality Proposal Documents for prospects.
- Lead/facilitate discovery sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements. Ability to lead during kick-off meetings with clients, draw business process maps, journey mapping diagrams and other UML diagrams as needed.
- Utilize your strong understanding of Salesforce technology, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flow, Reports and Dashboards, Formulas, and data loading tools like dataloader.io and Salesforce Inspector.
- Become a go-to expert in configuring Payments2us for our partner implementation projects providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, & optimisation as required.
- Actively participate in the development and sharing of Salesforce knowledge with your team members, clients, and prospects via participation in documentation creation, internal workshops, delivery of presentations, and creation & delivery of end-user training materials & sessions.
- Salary on offer is negotiable between 80,000PHP-110,000PHP depending on the level of experience and performance. This opportunity is 100% work from home and you are expected to provide decent computer and internet (slow internet is not acceptable - Fibre preferred).
