Customer Service Phone/Text/Email Support + Social Media Posting

Multipeak Marketing, a Christian-based marketing company focused on serving orthodontists and dental professionals, is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential patients and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our clients' social media presence during quieter periods. We are looking for someone who is not only proficient in customer service but also possesses a creative flair to enhance our social media postings. Responsibilities:

Respond to patient inquiries via email, phone, or social media in a friendly and professional manner.
Follow up with leads generated through Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for orthodontists.
Nurture potential patients, answer their questions, and encourage them to schedule consultations.
Maintain a database of inquiries and follow-up actions for future reference.
Create engaging and on-brand social media posts for Multipeak Marketing and clients in the dental industry.
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align social media content with marketing efforts.
If you don't know much with social media posting it is very easy to train - this will be when you're not calling and following up with patients and clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in managing social media accounts and scheduling tools.
A positive and adaptable attitude, able to work in a team environment.
