JOB OVERVIEW

A leading United States consumer bankruptcy law firm is actively seeking a personable, collaborative, and hardworking Client Services Manager based in the Philippines to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitoring and docketing client case deadlines and statuses
- Communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel via phone and email
- Collaborating with coworkers through Slack, email, and phone regarding client matters
- Participating in tea ---------- etings via Zoom
- Maintaining Outlook calendar

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- College Degree
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to communicate in English with minimal accent
- Self-motivated, hardworking, personable, and collaborative
- Ability to work night shift (11 PM - 8 AM PHT, Sunday to Thursday)

Workspace and Technical Requirements:

- Quiet, dedicated, and distraction-free workspace
- Reliable computer with two monitors
- Webcam for video conferencing
- High-speed internet with a hardware Ethernet connection from the router to computer
- Quality headset with microphone
