Plumbing/ Metal Roofing Estimator - (Remote)

The Hydraulic Services and Metal roofing Estimator will work on both pre and post contract estimating duties, including but not limited to:

Project estimates for the various phases of a project.
Value Management (associated with Hydraulic Services)

Plumbing:
To be able to effectively Count plumbing fixtures.
To be able to effectively Count Lineal meters of pipe work
To be able to understand what appliances are needed within a job and request more documentation from the client (if required)
To be able be able to seek pricing externally from our suppliers for plumbing and drainage products.

Roofing:
To be able to effectively measure and take off Roofing areas including Roof type, Flashings, Box gutters, Metal Fascia and Eaves gutters, downpipes etc.
To be able be able to seek pricing externally from our suppliers for roofing products.

We also use Tradify for quoting and will required you to be able to compile a draft quote for review.
