SEO Manager

Bailey Whissel Marketing Agency is seeking an SEO Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in implementing effective SEO strategies and driving organic traffic to our clients' websites. Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-ranking and relevant keywords for our clients' industries.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to improve organic search rankings.
• Develop and implement link building strategies to increase the credibility and authority of our clients' websites.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure our strategies are effective and compliant.
• Collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers, including designers, developers, and content creators, to optimize website performance and user experience.
• Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
• Good knowledge of SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms wordpress and shopify.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Sample Task 1: Keyword Research and On-Page Optimization
Choose one of our clients. Conduct keyword research for their website and identify relevant and high-ranking keywords. Based on the research, provide a list of target keywords along with recommendations for on-page optimization. Explain how you would optimize the meta tags, headings, and content for those keywords.

Sample Task 2: Link Building Strategy
