JOB OVERVIEW

Hello everyone,

We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media platforms, ensuring that all communication is professional, timely, and customer-focused.

2. Data Entry: Accurately input data into our system, maintain customer databases, and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.

3. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, file management, and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in e-commerce and social media (or happy to learn).
4. Proficiency in Gmail and relevant software.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.

This is a remote part time position requiring 2-4 hours of work per day, seven days a week. Reliable internet access is a must. We offer a flexible schedule, but the ability to work evenings and weekends is often required to accommodate our customers' needs.
