Chief of Staff | E-commerce

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including employees, partners, friends and family.
- Handle confidential information and communications with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls for the CEO
- Assist with projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
- Conduct research and gather information as needed to support the CEO's decision-making process
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address them to ensure smooth and efficient operations

*Note: Please understand that this is a new role for Whale Brands and you may perform other duties then listed above

REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years of experience as an operations manager, executive assistant, chief of staff or very similar role
- Strong knowledge of E-commerce platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with Shopify is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience with Facebook Ads is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience with Influencers is preferred but not required..
- You know you are Tech Savvy
