Responsibilities:
General Contract and Subcontract administration
Scheduling, logistics and procurement of equipment and materials
Shop drawing and submittal management and coordination
Project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting
Review of subcontractor and vendor applications for payment
Participation in and documentation of project coordination meetings
Supervision and coordination of subcontractors
Review and negotiate change proposal pricing with clients, vendors and subcontractors
Research and suggest options on construction means, methods and timelines
Problem solving and conflict resolution
Quality control & Project closeout

Requirements:
Electrical experience in construction project management
Knowledge of reading/ understanding blueprints/ electrical drawings
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel; Bluebeam
